She is our online site guide who is available to offer comments and guidance on using all of our applications. Simply click on her logo every time she appears on your screen to read her comments.

My calculations don't seem to work properly. What am I doing wrong ?

Ensure that all the relevant fields for your calculation are filled in. Please insert zeros instead of leaving fields blank. Also, check you have no conflicting data, i.e. check your values are logical with reference to each other. If you are still unable to successfully complete your calculation, please contact us at support@tshipping.com

What use can I make of the swaps section ?

You can simply post your enquiry to buy or sell a swap on any route that you like. We will simply display your interest and any interested parties can contact you directly.

What are freight rate portfolios?

They are estimated market voyage rates for spot and forward positions. Simply click on the commodity that interests you and you will see a constantly updated portfolio of the key routes and voyage rates for that commodity.

How do I add to the forums section ?

Simply click on the 'post a message' button and enter all the fields.

Can I make comment on the other forums ?

Yes. Click on the article of your choice and feel free to comment on the text.

I wish to advertise on the site. What should I do ?

Click on the advertise with us section for more information or email advertising@tshipping.com - you can also use our contact form to get in touch. Prices vary to suit your needs, depending on the position of your logo.

The four coloured portholes on the top left corner of your screen. Each porthole gives access to the separate shipping markets. Simply click on the porthole to enter.
